Today I applied for our Non-Profit License for TeamSpeak 3. Now that we own our Dedicated Windows Box for well over a year, it came time to finally apply for it. The non-profit will allow us to host up to 10 virtual servers with a total of 512 slots. Having one server with just 512 total slots would be enough for us, and no one would have to worry anymore about taking up slots on our server. We can have as many people as we want up to the total slots on the server. Most of you can finally invite your other guilds to use the server when theirs is down and also invite other communities to share our resources.
Having the NPL would be pretty nice, since now that with the windows dedicated, we have several new game servers I still need to add and modify our site which we really only use for informational purposes such as this and hosting the game server redirect files for fast downloads on client side.
On the other hand, some of you are not aware that we left the use of my friend Atomise TeamSpeak Server, as it was hosted in the UK and for the last few weeks had recent drops. I currently setup a free TS3 of up to 32 slots on our dedicated windows. I updated ts.exiledlegends.com to work, or you may connect direct IP at 184.108.40.206 (NO PORTS).
Once we acquire the NPL (If we do), we'll never have to worry about switching host/ports again as we have been doing so for long...=]
